When it comes to the Holidays, one word comes to mind...Moderation. There are so many temptations during the holiday season and breaking your diet and exercise plan is an easy thing to do at this time of year. There is nothing wrong with enjoying the holidays and enjoying yourself at all the parties....just do everything in moderation and you will be fine! Don't deprive yourself of a few goodies, while it may make you feel guilty, it will make you feel good as well. If you have been eating well and exercising regularly all year long, just having a few things will not ruin everything. Having way too many, on the other hand, is a different story. So this holiday season, have fun, let loose a litte bit and do everything in Moderation. New Year's is around the corner and is a great time to re-commit yourself to your program and focus on your fitness goals for the coming year.
