New Year's Resolutions Need to Last All Year

Every year at Gold's Gym in Paramus we see lots of new faces at New Year's. Losing weight and getting in shape is often the number one resolution on people's minds as the New Year begins. This is a good thing as it gets people to think about taking care of themselves and exercising regularly. Where people tend to make a mistake is to think that this is only something to try at the beginning of the year. If it was up to me, we would have monthly resolutions instead of just New Year's resolutions. When it comes to exercise, reevaluating your goals and reaffirming your commitment to your resolutions should be a monthly exercise, no pun intended.

Give it some thought and at the beginning of each month make sure you are committed to achieving your goals, make sure you have the right plan in place and make sure you will be exercising regularly all month long.
